About Splash
Splash Sports is the leading sports gaming platform for peer-to-peer contests. We’re a venture-backed startup (investors include Elysian Park Ventures, Acies Investments, and NFL, NHL, MLB, Premier League owners) focusing on the long tail of sports contests.
Our mission is simple but ambitious: bring people closer together through the gamification of live sports. We do it by empowering commissioners, creators, and brands to spin up contests in minutes, automate prize pools, and earn a cut of the action—no sportsbook required.
What Makes Us Special
Under the hood, we’re a lean, product-obsessed team that ships fast, sweats compliance, and celebrates wins. On the front lines, our sales crew onboards our VIP commissioners, converts creators into revenue partners, and turns casual fans into lifelong players.
The Role
As a Business Development Associate, you are the first connection between Splash Sports and future partners — setting the foundation for long-term relationships and fueling our company’s growth. You’ll engage with commissioners and content creators, helping them discover how Splash Sports can simplify the process of running a contest or open up a new, highly engaging channel of income. Working closely across business development and marketing teams, you’ll develop outreach strategies, identify high-potential channels, and create new business opportunities. You’ll also collaborate with our team to continuously improve our sales approach. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that requires curiosity, humility, and a genuine passion for the world of sports and gambling.
We are only hiring candidates in the Los Angeles, CA, New York, NY or Denver, CO area at this time.
